Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules that apply when you create an account, publish a Reulink profile, use bookings, connect integrations, or subscribe to a paid plan.

This page is provided for transparency and is not a substitute for legal advice.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Reulink, including our website, profiles, dashboard, booking features, integrations, analytics, and related services. By creating an account, accessing Reulink, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

Reulink is operated by Reulink, an independent software project based in Argentina. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Reulink.

2. Eligibility

Reulink is only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using Reulink, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms for yourself or for any business, client, or organization you represent.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account unless caused by Reulink's own security failure.

We may contact you using the email address associated with your account about your account, security notices, service updates, billing, legal notices, or support requests.

4. Public profiles and usernames

Reulink lets you create public profile pages that may include your name, username, avatar, bio, links, booking availability, images, and other content you choose to publish. Public profiles are visible to anyone and may be indexed by search engines, shared by visitors, or archived by third parties outside our control.

You may not choose a username that infringes another person's rights, impersonates another person or brand, is misleading, offensive, abusive, or reserved by Reulink. We may reclaim, restrict, rename, or remove usernames where needed to protect users, third parties, or the service.

5. Your content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, publish, link to, or make available through Reulink, including images, avatars, bios, profile text, public links, booking information, files, and any third-party content.

You must only upload or publish content that you own or have permission to use. This includes profile images, logos, photography, screenshots, brand assets, and any content containing another person. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, consents, and permissions.

By adding content to Reulink, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote Reulink. You keep ownership of your content.

6. Prohibited uses

  • You may not use Reulink for illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, spam, deceptive links, impersonation, harassment, hate, exploitation, or content that violates another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
  • You may not interfere with the service, scrape the platform, bypass security or rate limits, create accounts through automated means, or use Reulink in a way that harms Reulink, users, visitors, payment providers, integration partners, or third parties.
  • You may not publish content that you know is false, misleading, harmful, unlawful, or likely to damage Reulink's reputation or the integrity of the platform.

7. Reports, moderation, and suspension

We may review reports about accounts, profiles, links, images, or other content. To report abuse, illegal content, rights violations, or unsafe profiles, contact support@reulink.co with the relevant URL and details.

We may remove content, restrict links, hide profiles, apply warnings, suspend accounts, downgrade accounts, or terminate access if we believe content or activity violates these Terms, creates risk, harms users or third parties, affects payment or integration providers, or is required by law.

We are not required to monitor all content and we do not endorse user content, third-party links, services, offers, or claims made through Reulink profiles.

8. Bookings and visitor interactions

Reulink may help users receive booking requests, display availability, connect calendars, and coordinate meetings. You are responsible for the accuracy of your availability, the services you offer, and your communications with visitors or customers.

Any relationship, transaction, appointment, service, or dispute between a Reulink user and a profile visitor is between those parties. Reulink is not responsible for user-provided services, visitor decisions, external links, missed meetings, cancellations, refunds between users and visitors, or claims made on user profiles.

9. Plans, trials, billing, and cancellation

Reulink may offer a Free plan and a Pro plan. Pro trials may be granted manually by an administrator at Reulink's discretion and are not guaranteed, transferable, or publicly promised as part of any paid offer.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Commet or another payment provider we may use in the future. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the selected billing period and any applicable taxes until you cancel.

You may cancel your paid plan at any time. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and your account will then return to the Free plan or lose access to Pro features. We do not guarantee that Pro-only features, settings, data, or limits will remain available after downgrade.

10. Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you request a refund within 48 hours after a payment, we may review the request at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on account activity, abuse risk, prior refund history, payment provider rules, applicable law, and other relevant factors.

Refund requests made after the first 48 hours following payment are not eligible unless required by applicable law. If a payment was processed by Commet or another third-party payment provider, any approved refund may also be subject to that provider's rules, timelines, fees, and technical limitations.

A refund review can only be initiated by an authenticated account holder from this Terms page. If approved, access to paid features may be cancelled or downgraded immediately.

11. Third-party services and integrations

Reulink may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including Commet for payments, Google, Zoom, calendar providers, email providers, analytics tools, hosting, storage, security, and infrastructure providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, data practices, account restrictions, API changes, payment decisions, refunds, fees, or content hosted outside Reulink. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any third-party terms that apply to integrations you connect or links you publish.

12. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies. By using Reulink, you agree that we may process information as described in those policies.

13. Service changes and availability

Reulink is continuously evolving. We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, integrations, or parts of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of any feature, or that Reulink will meet every specific need.

14. Intellectual property

Reulink, including the platform, design, software, branding, logos, and related materials, is owned by Reulink or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of Reulink's intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, misuse, or imply endorsement by Reulink without permission.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reulink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, revenue, business, or reputation arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reulink's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Reulink in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Reulink harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your interactions with visitors, or your infringement of third-party rights.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection or privacy rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
