Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Reulink collects, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you may have.

This page is provided for transparency and is not a substitute for legal advice.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Reulink collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create an account, publish a profile, use bookings, connect integrations, contact support, or otherwise use Reulink.

Reulink is operated by Reulink, an independent software project based in Argentina. For privacy questions, contact privacy@reulink.co.

2. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to Reulink account holders, visitors to Reulink pages, people who interact with Reulink profiles or bookings, and anyone who contacts us for support, reports, or privacy requests.

Reulink is only intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow people under 18 to create accounts. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us personal information, contact privacy@reulink.co.

3. Information you provide

  • Account information, such as name, email address, username, authentication information, profile settings, and communication preferences.
  • Public profile content, such as avatar or profile photo, bio, links, images, social links, display names, availability information, and other content you choose to publish.
  • Booking information, such as event types, availability, requested meeting times, booking status, attendee details, cancellation details, and messages or notes related to bookings.
  • Integration information, such as data needed to connect calendar providers, Google, Zoom, or similar services, including authorization tokens, scopes, account identifiers, and information returned by those providers as needed to operate the integration.
  • Support and report information, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, URLs, abuse reports, rights claims, and other information you send to us.
  • Billing information, such as plan, subscription status, payment history, invoices, and payment-related metadata processed through Commet or another payment provider. We do not intentionally store full payment card details on Reulink servers.

4. Information collected automatically

  • Usage and analytics data, such as page views, link clicks, booking opens, video plays, feature usage, timestamps, and performance or diagnostic data.
  • Security signals, such as IP-derived or user-agent-derived information, may be used temporarily for abuse prevention, rate limiting, bot detection, and duplicate suppression. Reulink does not store IP addresses, raw user agents, device details, referrers, or location as profile analytics dimensions.
  • Cookie and similar technology data, including identifiers stored in cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, or similar tools used for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and product improvement.

5. Public profile visibility

Reulink profiles are designed to be public. Information you publish on a profile, including your avatar, links, images, bio, availability, and public booking options, may be viewed by anyone, indexed by search engines, shared by visitors, or captured by third-party tools outside our control.

You should not publish private, sensitive, confidential, or third-party personal information unless you have the right and consent to do so. You are responsible for the images, links, text, and other content you make public through Reulink.

6. How we use information

  • To create, authenticate, secure, and maintain your account.
  • To provide public profiles, links, booking features, availability, dashboard tools, analytics, and integrations.
  • To process subscriptions, billing, invoices, cancellations, refund reviews, and payment-related support through Commet or other payment providers.
  • To send transactional emails, security notices, product updates, support replies, and service-related communications.
  • To measure anonymous first-party profile performance, such as profile visits, link clicks, video plays, booking opens, conversion signals, and product performance.
  • To detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to abuse, spam, fraud, phishing, security incidents, illegal content, rights violations, or policy violations.
  • To improve Reulink, troubleshoot issues, develop features, test functionality, and understand how users interact with the service.
  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, protect rights and safety, and respond to lawful requests.

7. Third-party providers

We use third-party providers to operate Reulink. These providers may process personal information on our behalf or as independent controllers depending on the service.

  • Analytics and product measurement providers, including PostHog, Vercel Analytics, and Mixpanel.
  • Email and communication providers, including Resend.
  • Payment providers, including Commet.
  • Integration providers, including Google, Zoom, calendar providers, and similar services you choose to connect.
  • Hosting, database, storage, security, infrastructure, and operational providers used to run the service.

8. Integrations you connect

If you connect a third-party integration, such as Google, Zoom, or a calendar provider, we access and process the information needed to provide the feature you authorize. This may include reading availability, creating meeting links, syncing booking data, or storing authorization tokens required to keep the integration working.

You can usually disconnect integrations from your Reulink settings or from the third-party provider's account permissions page. Disconnecting an integration may limit or disable related features.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies for login, security, preferences, analytics, product improvement, and performance measurement. Our Cookie Policy provides more detail about these technologies and how to control them.

10. How we share information

  • With service providers that help us operate, secure, host, analyze, email, bill, support, and improve Reulink.
  • With integration providers when you authorize a connection or when a feature requires sending data to that provider, such as creating a meeting link or syncing calendar availability.
  • With payment providers to process subscriptions, invoices, cancellations, refund requests, taxes, chargebacks, fraud checks, and billing support.
  • With profile visitors or the public when you publish content on a public Reulink profile.
  • With authorities, courts, regulators, or third parties when required by law or when necessary to protect rights, safety, security, users, visitors, Reulink, or others.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate protections where required.

11. International processing

Reulink is based in Argentina and uses providers that may process information in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and other countries. Data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or legal bases for international transfers.

12. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide Reulink, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize account information where reasonably possible, subject to backups, security logs, legal requirements, payment records, abuse prevention, unresolved disputes, and information we must retain to protect Reulink or others.

13. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, keeping your account secure, and promptly telling us if you believe your account has been compromised.

14. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or opt out of certain processing of your personal information. You may also have rights related to consent, marketing communications, targeted advertising, or complaints to a privacy authority.

To make a privacy request, contact privacy@reulink.co. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. Some requests may be limited by law, security, fraud prevention, technical feasibility, or the need to maintain records for legitimate purposes.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the service, by email, or by updating the date on this page. Continued use of Reulink after an update means the updated policy applies.

16. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@reulink.co. For support, contact support@reulink.co. For general inquiries, contact contact@reulink.co.
